摘要：随着高校课程改革的不断发展和研究，新的发展形势下，对辅导员队伍的建设也成为了高校在发展中需要重视的问题。本文结合新的教育发展背景，并在国内外研究的基础上，对高校辅导员的职业能力及其相关概念进行了详细的分析，阐释了高校辅导员队伍建设在高校学生全面发展及整个教学活动展开中的重要作用；同时，从我国目前高校发展的现状出发，對辅导员的能力现状及存在的主要问题进行了总结和论述。最后对新时期我国高校辅导员职业能力建设与提升提出了发展建议。

Abstract： With the continuous development and research of the curriculum reform in colleges and universities， in the new development situation， the construction of counselor team has become the improtant problem for the development of colleges and universities. Combined with the new background of education development， based on the research at home and abroad， this paper analyzes the college counselor's professional ability and its related concepts in detail， explains the importance of the construction of counselor team in the university students' development and the teaching activity. At the same time， based on current status of development of the colleges and universities in China， it sums up and discusses the present situation of the counselor's ability and main existing problems. Finally， it puts forward the development suggestions for the professional capacity construction of college counselors in China in the new period.

0 引言

高校辅导员对大学生的学习和生活都有重要作用，对学生的思想政治教育起着至关重要的作用，也对大学生的的成长起着指导作用等，可以说，辅导员是高校教育中的关键力量，主要工作是做好学生的思想政治工作、负责学生日常事务的管理，是高校教学工作的组织者和具体的实施者。随着教育教学的不断发展，近些年来，高等院校在规模上也有不断扩大的趋势，教育教学改革的不断推进，一方面为高校教学改革提供了很好的机遇，同时，高校发展也面临着更大的挑战，高校在发展中对辅导员队伍的建设、学校专业化发展、学生整体素质的提升等，都是高等院校在发展中需要思考的问题。对辅导员其职业能力的研究，直接关系高校自身的发展、学生正确价值观的形成以及社会的发展。……
