摘 要：为了满足应用型本科院校发展需要，提高细胞生物学教学质量，需要对细胞生物学在教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行改革。不断优化教学内容，注重理论教学与科研、实践教学相结合；教学方法多元化，激发学生兴趣；考核方式合理，体现学生对知识的掌握。通过改革，提高细胞生物学教学质量，为社会输送具有应用型的细胞生物学人才。

Abstract：In order to meet the needs of the development of applied undergraduate colleges，and improve the teaching quality of cell biology，the reform of the cell biology in teaching content，teaching method and examination mode must be carried out. Teaching content should be continuously optimized，to pay attention to the combination of the theoretical teaching and scientific research and the practice teaching；teaching method should be diversified，which it could be stimulate students' interesting；reasonable appraisal way should reflect students' mastery of knowledge. Through the reform，it could improve the teaching quality of cell biology and transmit of cell biology talents with applied for the society.

细胞生物学是现代生命科学的前沿基础学科，紧跟时代发展。随着新技术、新方法、新研究的不断出现，细胞生物学迅速发展，已经成为21世纪生命科学研究的重要领域，直接影响和改变着人类的生活[1]。细胞生物学也是生命科学相关专业的一门必修课程。作为应用型本科院校，以培养应用型人才为目标，为适应新形式下的教学目标要求，培养具有创新能力的应用型人才，结合自身的教学经验，对细胞生物学在教学内容、教学方法和考核方面进行改革，目前取得了一定的效果，为提高大学生素质教育和创新能力提供参考。

1 教学内容的改革

应用型本科院校以培养应用型人才为目标，通过课堂教学、实验实践教学和校企合作来培养学生的创新意识、应用能力[2]。教师在教学中，也要以应用型人才培养为理念，结合学生自身情况，在教学内容上体现应用性知识和能力的传授和培养，提高教学水平。……
