优质护理服务在视网膜脱离患者中的应用分析

【摘要】目的 探讨优质护理服务在视网膜脱离患者中的应用价值。方法 选取我院于2014年7月～2015年7月收治的视网膜脱离患者108例作为临床研究对象，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组54例。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，比较结果差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 优质护理服务能够有效提高视网膜脱离患者的护理满意度，减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the quality of care in patients with retinal detachment． Methods Admitted to hospital in July 2014 to July 2015 as clinical research of 108 cases of retinal detachment patients，patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group，54 patients in each group． Compared two groups of patients in nursing． Results The Group was significantly higher than the control group of patients' satisfaction with nursing care，complication rates significantly lower than those in the control group，the result was significantly different（P＜0．05）．Conclusion Quality care can increase satisfaction with nursing care for patients with retinal detachment，reduce the incidence of complications，should be promoted．

视网膜脱离是一种比较严重的眼科疾病，患者以中老年人居多，致盲率比较高；发病原因主要为高度近视眼、视网膜退行性病变、眼外伤等［1］。目前临床中治疗视网膜脱离主要是采取手术治疗法，但是在当前的医疗水平下，手术治疗难度比较大，并且术后容易复发。因此，在治疗之外，视网膜脱离患者还需得到有效的护理［2］。本次研究针对视网膜脱离患者的临床优质护理工作做了分析与探讨，现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院于2014年7月～2015年7月收治的视网膜脱离患者108例作为临床研究对象，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组54例。观察组有男患者29例，女患者25例；年龄18～75岁，平均年龄（56.73±3.25）岁；均为单眼发病，其中左眼27例，右眼27例。对照组有男患者24例，女患者30例；年龄19～74岁，平均年龄（57.12±3.43）岁；均为单眼发病，其中左眼28例，右眼26例。经比较，两组患者的一般资料比较差异性无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。……
