摘 要 国外的许多研究成果证明，创新意识能力的培养对学生的专业素质以及综合素质能力成长有着重要的意义和作用。随着经济全球化进程的不断加快，高职院校承担着培养创新型人才的重要任务，目前所实施的传统教育教学理念以及教育教学方法等已经不能够全方面地满足学生的学习需求，尤其是创新能力的需求。为了避免“毕业即失业”现象的出现，高职院校需要积极引进创新教育模式，吸收国外高等教育的精华，继而有效开展创新人才培养工作。

Abstract Many foreign research results show that the cultivation of innovative awareness has important significance and role in the development of professional quality and comprehensive quality of students. With the accelerating pace of economic globalization， higher vocational education undertakes an important task of training innovative talents， the current implementation of the traditional education teaching idea and teaching methods have not been able to fully meet the learning needs of students， especially the innovation capacity of the demand. In order to avoid the phenomenon of "graduation is unemployment"， education of higher vocational colleges need to actively introduce innovative education mode， absorb the essence of foreign higher education， then effectively carry out the college education of innovative talents training mode.

所谓创新，是建立在原有经验的基础上，对相关方式方法进行变革，继而达到最终目的。①简而言之，创新活动是一项较为复杂的智力活动，当高职院校的学生受到一定激励时，会激发其内在的创新精神，让学生能够继续深入研究。从另一个角度来看，创新是一个民族进步的动力。高职院校应该把培养學生的实践创新能力及创新意识，当成目前最为重要的教学内容之一。目前来看，我国高职院校在实践创新意识及能力培养的过程中遇到了诸多问题。②笔者将根据相关工作经验，简要分析目前高职院校创新性人才培养工作中所遇到的具体问题，并针对性地提出具体的解决方案。

1 现阶段我国高职院校教育存在的问题
