高职校园文化与企业文化的渗透研究

摘要：高职的校园文化和企业文化二者之间的渗透是需要融合点来实现的，其根本的价值更是体现出学校与企业合作促进人才培养、对企业文化进行传播的基本方针。本课题中将针对二者没有完全深入的前提之下，基于融合的具体原因，进一步地提出如何提高企业文化传播的宣传力度，以此来更好地实现和促进高职校园与企业文化的互相借鉴，发挥高等院校的力量，以职业性发展为根本，提高自身的文化特色方针路线建设，真正意义上实现高职校园文化与企业文化二者之间的渗透及融汇。

Abstract:There should be integration in the realization of the culture penetration between higher vocational colleges and corporations, which shows the basic policy that schools and enterprises promotes personnel training and disseminates corporation culture in cooperation. Given that the higher vocational colleges and enterprises have not been in a wider cooperation, this paper, based on specific reasons to integrate, puts forward some measures for how to improve the publicity of the enterprise culture so as to promote the realization and promotion of the higher vocational colleges and enterprises culture to learn from each other, and use the power of colleges and universities to adhere the vocation-oriented development and strengthen the construction of cultural characteristics, and to realize the real penetration and fusion between campus culture and enterprise culture.

高职校园与企业之间进行合作对于进一步促进职业教育来说具有现实作用和意义。高职校园与企业之间不单单是实现高职院校的硬件层面以及技术层面的弥补，做到双方资源的共享。更应该实现高职院校与企业质检软件方面的互相融汇和结合，从根本上实现高职院校从单一的培养技能到实现观念的有效的升华，通过对职业单一的认识和理解不断的深入对职业的发展历程的理解，实现从单一的技能培养到整体职业能力适应以及职业操作的全面提高。
