肿瘤深部热疗联合羟考酮缓释片治疗骨转移癌性疼痛的临床研究

【摘要】目的 研究肿瘤深部热疗联合羟考酮缓释片治疗骨转移癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法 选择我院收治的124例骨转移癌患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组和对照组各62例，观察各组生活质量、疼痛缓解及不良反应情况。结果 观察组生活质量及痛疼缓解情况均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论 肿瘤深部热疗联合羟考酮缓释片治疗骨转移癌痛能缓解患者疼痛，改善患者生活质量。

Objective To study the tumor deep hyperthermia combined with sustained-release oxycodone tablets of clinical efficacy of bone metastasis of cancer pain． Methods Selected our hospital 124 cases of bone metastases in cancer patients as research subjects，were randomly divided into observation group and control group，62 patients in each group． Then to observe the quality of life，pain relief and adverse reactions． Results The quality of life and pain relief of the observation group than the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P＜0．05），no significant difference between the two groups the incidence of adverse reactions（P＞0．05）． Conclusion The tumor deep hyperthermia combined with oxycodone sustained release tablets in the treatment of bone metastases in patients with cancer pain can significantly relieve pain and improve patient quality of life．

癌症骨转移是癌性疼痛的主要原因之一，它所造成的病理性骨折、高钙血症、脊髓压迫等并发症，可加速癌症患者病情的发展，严重地影响癌症患者的生存质量［1］。本院通过羟考酮缓释片联合肿瘤深部热疗治疗骨转移癌痛已有多年经验，取得了较好的临床效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2013年9月～2015年6月我院收治的124例骨转移癌患者，随机分为观察组（62例）和对照组（62例）。观察组男38例，女24例，年龄23～75岁，平均（42.71±3.12）岁。对照组男37例，女25例，年龄22～79岁，平均年龄（43.33±3.15）岁。两组患者的一般资料无差异，具有可比性（P＞0.05）。

1.2 方法

对照组患者服用羟考酮缓释片治疗（萌蒂中国制药有限公司，国药准字J20110014）。观察组在对照组的基础上联合肿瘤深部热疗进行辅助治疗，每周3次，每次45 min，持续治疗3周。……
