护理干预对体检者采血后皮下血肿形成的作用探讨

【摘要】目的 深入探讨护理干预作用于体检者采血后皮下血肿形成中的临床效果。方法 以2014年11月～2015年9月在我院进行常规体检200例体检者为研究对象，在征得本人同意后，根据其入院先后将200例体检者分为观察组和对照组，每组各100例；对照组行常规护理，观察组行综合护理干预。结果 经资料整合，两组体检者在皮下血肿发生率、护理满意率比较，观察组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论 将综合性护理干预作用于健康体检者的采血护理干预中，能够最大程度降低其各类采血并发症的发生，并提高体检者的满意度。【关键词】健康体检；皮下血肿；护理干预；临床效果

Objective To explore the nursing intervention effects on the formation of subcutaneous hematoma after blood sampling in medical examination．Methods From November 2014 to September 2014，200 patients for physical examination as the research object in our hospital，with their assent，they were divided into observation group and control group，100 cases in each group． Control group used routine nursing，the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention． Results Through information integration，two groups of physical examination，the incidence of subcutaneous hematoma，nursing satisfaction，observation group were significantly better than the control group，difference with statistically significant（P＜0．05）．Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on physical examination in the pursuance of nursing intervention reduce the complications of blood sampling to the greatest extent，and improve the satisfaction of physical examination．

随着医疗卫生水平的发展以及人们自我保健意识的提升，定期到医院健康体检已经成为了社会大众中比较普及的一项活动，其意义在于及早预防和发现疾病［1］；而在健康体检中通过血液采集进行检测是非常重要的一个环节。但临床实践中，由于各方面因素的影响，相当一部分体检者在该环节容易出现皮下血肿等不良反应，进而给其身体造成伤害，对于医院的社会形象也有一定的影响。基于此，本次研究就将从护理的角度为切入点，深入探讨将综合性护理干预作用于体检者采血中的综合效果，现将研究整理如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料
