胰腺癌患者围术期实施完全胃肠外营养的护理措施研究

【摘要】目的 探讨胰腺癌患者在围术期实施完全胃肠外营养的护理措施。方法 选取我院2010年2月～2012年11月在我院住院的30例胰腺癌患者，对患者进行中心静脉置管的胃肠外营养护理。结果 患者接受肠外营养护理前，其体重平均值为（47．8±2．2）kg，血浆清蛋白平均值为（28．6±1．8）g，接受胃肠外营养护理后，患者体重平均值上升到（53．8±4．5）kg，血浆清蛋白平均值到（34．5±2．5）g，患者接受肠外营养护理前后的体重以及血浆清蛋白对比差异具备统计学意义（P＜0．05）；在胃肠外营养护理过程中，只有1例患者出现了输液反应，经过胃肠外营养护理，患者的血红蛋白和白蛋白值升高，没有出现高血糖、低血糖以及血液感染等并发症。结论 增强对胰腺癌患者围术期胃肠外营养护理的认识，通过胃肠外营养护理有利于提高手术的效果，促进患者的康复。

Objective To study the patients with pancreatic cancer in perioperative completely parenteral nutrition of nursing measures． Methods From February 2010 to November 2012，30 patients with pancreatic cancer in the hospital with central venous catheter nursing of parenteral nutrition． Results Before receiving parenteral nutrition， the average body weight was（47．8±2．2）kg，the average value of plasma albumin（28．6 ±1．8） g． After receiving parenteral nutrition nursing，patients’weight average rosed to（53．8±4．5）kg，plasma albumin average value（34．5±2．5）g． Before and after nursing，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0．05）． In the process of parenteral nutrition care，only 1 patients appeared a transfusion reaction． After parenteral nutrition care，hemoglobin and albumin in patients with higher value，no high blood sugar，low blood sugar and blood infection and other complications． Conclusion The perioperative parenteral nutrition patients with pancreatic cancer care can improve the effect of the surgery and the patient's rehabilitation．

随着我国社会经济和医疗水平的不断发展，完全胃肠外营养在胰腺癌临床治疗中的应用越来越广泛，其效果也越来越好。完全胃肠外营养是一种通过静脉通路向人体输入所需营养的一种治疗方法。这种治疗措施可以保证患者在禁食的情况下仍然维持正常的营养状态，对患者手术的成功率以及术后的恢复等具有重要作用。我们以2010年2月～2012年11月在我院住院的30例胰腺癌患者为例，对胰腺癌患者围术期实施完全胃肠外营养的护理措施进行研究和分析。……
