康复护理在锁骨沟钢板固定治疗锁骨远端骨折中的应用

【摘要】目的 探究康复护理在锁骨沟钢板固定治疗锁骨远端骨折中的应用效果。方法 将我院2011年1月～2016年1月收治的70例行锁骨沟钢板固定治疗的锁骨远端骨折患者随机分为对照组及研究组各35例，对照组接受常规护理，研究组接受康复护理，比较两组患者应用效果。结果 研究组护理满意度91．4%，高于对照组80．0%，且骨折愈合时间、日常生活能力、运动功能相比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 康复护理可作为护理优选方案。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of distal clavicle fracture． Methods From January 2011 to January 2016，70 cases of clavicular ditch plate fixation for the treatment of distal clavicle fracture patients were randomly divided into control group and study group with 35 cases in each． While the control group received the routine nursing care，the study group accept rehabilitation nursing，compared two groups of patients’efffect． Results The research group of nursing satisfaction 91．4%，was higher than the control group 80．0% and the fracture healing time，the daily life ability，the movement function for comparison，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0．05）． Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can be used as a preferred plan．

锁骨远端骨折是当前临床较为常见的锁骨骨折类型，随着我国交通工具保有量的激增，因交通事故所致的锁骨远端骨折患者数量呈现出上升态势，严重影响患者正常工作生活［1］。临床针对锁骨远端骨折采取的治疗方案以手术治疗为主，具有较小快、术后康复效果好等特征，备受患者的青睐［2］。在康复医学（Physiatrics）快速发展之下，给予骨折患者术后良好的康复治疗有助于提高手术治疗效果及缩短整体康复时间，逐渐引起临床的高度关注［3］。鉴于此，本次研究针对康复护理在锁骨沟钢板固定治疗锁骨远端骨折中的应用展开深入分析，现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院2011年1月～2016年1月收治的70例行锁骨沟钢板固定治疗的锁骨远端骨折患者为研究对象，其中男性44例、女性26例；年龄35～68岁，平均年龄（51.5±1.0）岁；致伤原因：交通事故38例、高空坠落22例、重物砸伤10例；……
