摘 要：台湾职业教育较为发达、教育体系完善、师资力量较雄厚，台湾完整的职业教育体系为台湾人才培养提供优越的条件，为台湾经济发展提供了有力保障，职业教育在重视理论教学基础上，更重视实践教学，特别注重学生实际操作能力培养，社会对高技能型人才认可度高，职业教育与国际接轨。贵州职业教育相对较落后，专业技术人才较缺乏，导致经济发展较滞后，贵州是典型山区内陆省份，社会开放程度低。所以，台湾职业教育经验值得借鉴。

Abstract：Taiwan vocational education is more developed，the education system is perfect，the teacher is strong，Taiwan complete vocational education system provides a favorable condition for Taiwan's economic development and a strong guarantee for the economic development of Taiwan.Vocational education on the basis of theoretical teaching emphasis on practical teaching，focusing on students' practical ability training，social recognition of high skilled personnel，vocational education and international standards. Guizhou vocational education is relatively backward，professional and technical personnel is relatively short，resulting in economic development lagging behind. Guizhou is a typical mountainous inland provinces，the degree of social openness is low. Therefore，Taiwan vocational education experience is worth learning.

2014年12月16日至2015年1月23日，贵州省农业厅组织贵州省畜牧兽医学校、贵州省农业机电学校、黔东南自治州农业职业学校一行18人到台湾屏东科技大学、旗山农工职业学校、雾峰高级农工职业学校等职业学校进行交流学习。

1 台湾职业教育特点

1.1 教育體系完善，办学目标明确 台湾教育比较特色的是具有“立交桥”式的教育体系，它奠定了职校学生终身学习的基础。初中毕业后可升入高中、综合高中、高职、五年制大专，普通高中毕业学生可以进入普通高等院校，也可以进入职业技术学院或者进入科技大学；就读中职、高职的学生可以就读高一级本科职业技术学院，本科职业院校优秀学生可以继续研读应用型硕士、博士。职业学校或学院与普通高等院校和科技大学衔接较好，职校生可以进入普通高校，普通高校学生也可以进入职校。……
