农业职业院校产教融合校企合作现状调研分析与对策研究

摘要：产教融合是跨界发展的基本要求，也是职业教育实现全面育人功能的核心。通过专题走访、问卷调查等形式对陕西省6所农业高职院校及8所中职农业院校的产教融合、校企合作实施基本情况进行了专题调研，分析了农业职业院校产教融合的基本做法、成功经验及存在问题，提出了有利于提升农业职业院校服务“三农”和区域经济发展能力的对策建议。

Abstract:The integration of production and teaching is the core of vocational education and developmental requirements for talent cultivation. Through interview and questionnaire, the survey of basic situations of integration of production and teaching, school-enterprises co-operation of 6 agricultural vocational colleges and 8 secondary vocational schools was conducted. The methods, experiences and existing problems are analyzed, which can promote the ability of agricultural vocational college serving agriculture and its regional economic development.

本课题组设计了《农业职业院校产教融合、校企合作工作调查问卷》，发放调查问卷150份，回收128份，有效问卷125份。主要对陕西省涉农专业招生的6所农业高职院校、8所中职农业院校的产教融合、校企合作的基本做法、成功经验及存在问题进行了专题调研，提出了进一步改进农业职业院校产教融合的政策建议。

1现状调研分析

在调研过程中，课题组深切感受到国家高度重视农业职业院校的产教融合、校企合作，全省许多高职、中职学校积极开展校企合作，形势喜人。
