摘 要 随着高校教育日益发展，新时期的高校学生面对的诱惑日益增加，因此，作为学生成长、成才的沃土——高校，不应该固步自封，应该不断完善教育制度，从学生切身需要出发，为学生提供更好的管理环境。本文对目前高校教育教学政策进行了思考，以期通过高校教改的适度调整，为学生成才提供更加广阔的空间。

Thinking on the Cultivation of College Students in New Period

Abstract With the increasing development of higher education, college students face the increasing temptation in new period, therefore, as students' taught fertile soil --- universities, should not rest on its laurels and should continue to improve the education system, starting from the students' immediate needs for theprovide students with a better regulatory environment. University education and teaching policy thinking, by a moderate change of university education reform in order to provide broader space for students.

高校是人才培养的摇篮，是汲取知识的殿堂。朱熹说“民之俊秀，皆入大学”。新时期高校对人才的培养并不是一帆风顺的。高校教学的目的是培养出身心健康、具有扎实专业基础知识、能在社会立足的学生。大学是一个自由的地方，是青年学习成才的沃土，但很多高校学生却在大学里迷失了方向，违背了高校教育的初衷。目前高校大学生普遍呈现如下一些现象：对知识追求欲不高、校园里精神文明匮乏、思想不切实际、集体观念淡漠、沉迷于网络游戏、眼高手低、对自身的职业生涯缺乏规划……因此，如何将大学生引入正确的成才轨道成为高校教育工作者必须面对的一个问题。①②③本文作者在高校承担班主任的教育工作，对于高校的教育工作有着切身的体会。作为“传道授业解惑”的教师，有义务为新时期的高校教育改革工作作出自己的贡献。为解决诸上大学生普遍存在的现象，除了学生自身发挥主观能动性，严格要求自己，努力培养各方面的能力外，作为高校有着不可忽视的重要作用。
