摘 要 高校是党和国家的人才培养基地和思想舆论阵地，承担着人才培养、知识创新和社会服务的重任。作为高校各项工作的思想保障和政治保障，高校党建工作与人才培养是高校培养又红又专人才的两个重要杠杆。理解党建与人才培养之间的本质联系，有利于进一步明确高校党建工作的使命、目标与任务。

Abstract The university is a party and the state personnel training base and the ideological battlefield of public opinion, bear the heavy responsibility of personnel training, knowledge, innovation and social services. Thinking of security and political security as the universities of the work, college work of party building and personnel training is an important lever for college and educate both red and expert talent. Understand the nature of ties between the party building and personnel training, to further clarify the mission of the Party building in universities, the goals and tasks.

习近平同志在会见第十八次全国高校党建工作会议代表时强调，高校是汇聚人才的高地，是培养人才的基地，在国家经济社会发展全局中居于重要地位。①大学是培养党的后备力量的重要基地，大学阶段是培养党的后备人才的最好时机。因此，梳理高校党建的重要核心词汇，一定离不开“育人为本”。高校党建工作是高校各项工作的思想保障和政治保障，党建与教学科研是高校培养又红又专人才的两个重要杠杆。具体来说，高校党建与人才培养之间有着如下诸多联系：

1 党建工作为人才培养提供思想保证

1.1 党建工作是人才培养工作价值观的重要保证

高校党建工作的目的在于启发、引导和提高广大青年学生正确认识和改造世界的能力，也就是说指引他们正确自觉的改造主观世界。一方面，高校党建要用马克思主义经典理论体系和中国特色社会主义思想体系教育学生，把握住高等教育的育人方向。例如利用形势与政策课程平台，把握中国近代以来的重要历史脉络。……
