Move-Based Analyses on the Errors in Chinese English Learners’ Academic Abstract Writing//MA Jun， LUAN Lan

Abstract：Researcharticlesabstracts （RAAs）playapivotalroleincondensingresearchfindingsandfacilitingscholarlydiscourse. Basedonaself-compiledcorpusof noviceacademicabstractsfromEnglishlearners，thisstudyadoptedHyland’s（2Ooo）five-move analyticalframeorktonvestigatejorsssinbstractwiiongeseEFlearsepreseedbyertiavelEglish learersfromanorthern Chineseinstitution.Thefindingsrevealedthatwhilemostparticipantsdemonstratedabasicmasteryof theoveralmovestructure，teyexhibitedrecuringproblemsinmovestructueswithtemajorisuesoftheabsenceofobligatorymoves， impropermovesequence，andinformationredundancy.Thestudyalsoidentifieddificultesinlexicalverbswhichrealizedthemove functions，characterdbyinsuficientverbsophstiationandiacuraiesinenseapplicatio.Thesefidingsuderscorepedagogical necessity of integrating genre-specific instruction into academic English curricula.

作为国际学术交流的主要语言，学术英语是传播学术思想、分享研究成果的关键工具，同时也促进了跨文化、跨学科的学术对话。2018年教育部、国家语言文字工作委员会联合颁布的《中国英语能力等级量表》明确将“学术类写作”“学术论文写作”能力纳入在第八级能力中，说明这是处于“熟练阶段”的“高级学习者和使用者”应具备的能力之一。作为学术论文的重要组成部分，摘要（Ab-stract）除了概括研究内容，还起着帮助读者迅速判断论文的价值和相关性的关键作用。Hyland[1]将摘要的功能概括为提供信息和说服读者两大功能，要实现这两个功能，写作者需要进行摘要写作的专业性训练。

1文献综述

1.1 学术论文摘要研究

作为一种短小精炼的特殊体裁，学术论文摘要（RAA）往往运用功能明确的语步（move）来体现其分明的逻辑层次，这使摘要成为体裁分析（genre-a-nalysis），得到国内外学者的广泛关注。国内外学术界对RAA的研究主要分为对不同领域学术期刊摘要语步特点及不同领域论文摘要的对比研究、对不同地区或学术群体在学术期刊摘要中呈现的语步特点和异同²的研究及对摘要中语言表达特点的研究。

除了上述研究外，很多学者已经将关注点转移到非英语本族人或者新手在英语学术论文写作中遇到的诸多困难。蔡基刚[3分析了40篇来自某次国际学术会议的中国非英语专业本科生的会议论文摘要部分，发现存在两个主要问题，即“缺失必要的要素，尤其是研究目的和结果的缺失”和“内容拖沓冗长”。……
