Abstract：InterdisciplinarymastersstudentsinInternationalChineseLanguageEducationconstuteasignificantproportionof theoverall graduatecohortinthisfield，yettheirprofesionaladaptabilityrequiresfurtherenhancement.Thisgrouphasnot receivedadequateatentioninuniversitytalentcultivationandacademicresearch.Giventhenedtoimprovethequaityof interdisciplinary education and the growing demand for \"Chinese + \"interdisciplinary teachers，itisessential to implement specializedandtargetedcultivationstrategiesforthesestudents.Specificmeasuresincludedesigningdiferentiatedcultivation programsandoptimizingcuriculumstructures；enhancingtargetedguidanceforinterdisciplinarystudents;establishinginteruniversity collaborative talent co-cultivation models； strengthening the development of \"Chinese + \"courses and digital learning resources;andestablishinguniversityenterprisecollborativepracticebasestoachievespecializedandtargetedculivationfor interdisciplinary master's students in International Chinese Language Education.

2020年9月教育部、国家发展改革委、财政部联合发布的《关于加快新时代研究生教育改革发展的意见》中指出，改革开放特别是党的十八大以来，我国研究生教育快速发展，已成为世界研究生教育大国。中国特色社会主义进入新时代，各行各业对高层次创新人才的需求更加迫切，研究生教育的地位和作用更加凸显。该文件的发布表明国家对研究生教育的重视度，跨学科硕士研究生是研究生中的重要群体，对其关注度也应得到进一步加强。

本研究中的跨学科国际中文教育硕士研究生是指本科阶段与研究生阶段所属学科不一致，研究生阶段跨考到国际中文教育的硕士研究生，下文的分析中我们简称为\"跨学科国际中文教育硕士\"“跨学科群体\"等。国务院学位委员会和教育部2022年印发了《研究生教育学科专业目录（2022年）》，新版目录有14个学科门类，共有一级学科117个，博士专业学位类别

36个，硕士专业学位类别31个。跨学科国际中文教育硕士包括跨学科门类、跨一级学科等情况，如由经济学跨考到教育学门类下的国际中文教育，或者从教育学门类下的心理学跨考到国际中文教育等情况。但这里我们要说明的是国际中文教育本硕博分属于不同学科，汉语国际教育本科属于文学门类下的中国语言文学一级学科，而国际中文教育硕士、博士专业学位归属教育学学科门类下，这种情况不属于本研究中的跨学科。……
