Abstract：Theevaluationofideologicalandpoliticaleducationingraduatecoursesofagriculturalandforestrycollegesisof greatsignificance，whichcanpromotethe\"characteristic\"constructionofideologicalandpoliticaleducationinagriculturaland forestrycollges，promotethe\"high-quality\"developmentofideologicalandpolticaleducationingraduatecourses，andtus enhancethe\"depth\"ofideologicalandpoliticaleducationincouses.However，therearestillproblemswiththeevaluationof ideologicalandpoliticaleducationconstructioningaduatecoursesofagriculturalandforestrycollges，suchasthelackofclear andexplicitevaluationobjectives，theabsenceofamulti-partyevaluationsubject，thelackofascientificandsystemtic evaluationindexsystem，overlysingleevaluationmethodsandcontent，andthelackofadiversifiedandcompositeevaluation fedbackmchanism.erefore，itisnecesarytoombinethediferentcharacteristicsofagiculturalandforestryuiversitiesnd thediferentfeaturesofgraduatecourses，andundertheguidanceoftheevaluationprincipleof\"threecombinations”of homogeneityandpertinence，scienticityanddevelopment，bjectityandsubjectivitycarryoutmulti-dimensional，multifeld， andmulti-levelevaluationofthebackground，investment，implementation，andefectivenessofideologicalandpolitical constructioningraduatecoursesinagriculturalandforestryuniversities，andexpandtheevaluationmethodsandmeansto promotethecomprehensiveandsustainabledevelopmentofideologicalandpoliticalconstructioningraduatecoursesin agricultural and forestry universities.

党的二十届三中全会指出，教育、科技、人才是中国式现代化的基础性、战略性支撑，为新时代教育事业发展提供了根本遵循。研究生教育处于国民教育体系最高阶段的高等教育的顶端位置，是“高层次”“高素质”人才培养和科技创新的主阵地，是知识生产和创造的“重要源头”，肩负着培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要使命。其中的德智体美劳，“德\"指方向，“智\"增才干，“体\"强体魄，“美”塑心灵，“劳\"合知行。研究生课程思政建设是以“立德树人\"为根本任务，以研究生课程为载体，通过挖掘并融入思政元素，发挥德育功能，培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的过程。课程思政建设评价是课程思政建设中的关键环节，通过建立反馈、改进、激励机制，成为推进研究生课程思政建设的重要抓手和关键环节。新时代农林高校以强农兴农为己任，经过数十年的建设与发展，逐步形成了极具特色的“三农”文化和精神内涵。因此，将研究生课程思政教育与“三农”情怀教育紧密结合，积极开展课程思政建设评价，是推进农林高校研究生课程思政建设特色化与纵深性，实现高质量发展的必然路径。

一 农林院校研究生课程思政建设评价的重要意义
