摘  要：在“三全育人”理念指引下，医学院校教师明确高职医学人才培养和课程思政目标，打造课程思政师资队伍，通过顶层设计，树立“强术铸魂”课程思政育人理念，构建“三类、三阶段、五结合”的立体化育人体系，建设课程思政示范课程、在线课程、案例库、教材和示范专业，在课堂“主渠道”中“强术铸魂”提升学生思想品质，开展医学人文教育活动、志愿服务、社会实践，提高医学生人文素养和职业精神，开展课程思政专题研究，健全课程思政教育评价体系，取得较好的育人成效。通过实践与探索，形成以践行社会主义核心价值观为核心、以培养医学生职业素养为重点、以医学人文教育为特色和以“一体两翼、强术铸魂”教学理念及“335”课程思政育人体系为基础，培养德术双馨医学人才的新路径，形成“三全育人”新格局，探索高校思政工作新模式，落实立德树人根本任务。

Abstract： Under the guidance of the concept of "three whole education"， the teachers of medical colleges and universities have made clear the training goals of higher vocational medical talents and curriculum ideology and politics， and built a teaching team of "curriculum ideology and politics". Through the top-level design， the teachers set up the concept of ideological and political education of "strong art casting soul" course， and built a three-dimensional education system of "three types， three stages and five combinations". They build curriculum ideological and political model courses， online courses， case libraries， textbooks and model majors. In the "main channel" of the classroom， they "strengthen the skills and cast the soul" to improve the ideological quality of students， carry out medical humanistic education activities， volunteer service and social practice， and improve the humanistic quality and professional spirit of medical students. They carried out special research on curriculum ideology and politics， improved the evaluation system of curriculum ideology and politics education， and achieved good results in educating people. Through practice and exploration， this study has formed a new path of cultivating medical talents with virtue and skill as the core， with the practice of socialist core values as the core， with the training of medical students' professional quality as the focus， with the characteristics of medical humanities education， and with the teaching concept of "One body and two wings， strong skill casting soul" and the ideological and political education system of "335" course as the basis. At the same time， it has also formed a new pattern of "three full education"， explored a new mode of ideological and political work in colleges and universities， and carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation.
