摘  要：该文将案例教学与课程思政融合以建设一流的计量经济学课堂，聚焦新文科建设下卓越人才培养的思想指引问题，构建以社会热点案例为轴线的授课模式，营造以思政教育为精神导向的教学氛围，打造以权威文献为应用示范的教学特色，重在培育德才兼备、知行合一的社会主义人才。

Abstract： This paper integrates case method into curriculum ideology and politics to build first-class undergraduate Econometrics. This study focuses on the ideological guidance of the cultivation of outstanding talents under the construction of the new liberal arts， builds a teaching mode with social hot cases as the axis， and creates a teaching atmosphere guided by ideological and political education. At the same time， we create a teaching feature with authoritative literature as the application demonstration， in order to cultivate socialist talents with both virtue and ability， knowledge and practice.

在推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇的时代背景下，经济学课程内容不仅要回答学生对知识的需求，更要提高学生的综合素养。作为经济学的重要分支，计量经济学在研究定量经济问题时有着独特的优势。然而，长期以来，计量经济学课程的教学过程往往缺乏案例设计与课题研究，尚未充分发挥思政元素的指引作用。本文旨在通过对本科计量经济学案例教学与课程思政的创新融合研究，为新文科的建设和改革提供科学依据。

一  理论基础与教学目标

在新文科建设背景下，传统文科内部有迫切求变和突破的内生动力，亟需重新定位文科的学科内涵以及人才培养目标。因此，反思文科教学中的实际问题并探索崭新的教学模式具有重要理论价值和现实意义。早有学者认为传统文科教学过于关注基础性和知识性，而缺乏对实践性和实用性的重视和引导[1]。因此在新文科建设教学中，教师应从实际问题出发，将大学生所应承担的历史使命与所需掌握的基础理论知识结合，将课程思政与案例教学融合，从而使学生真正掌握案例所嵌入的基础知识和思政元素。……
