摘  要：随着我国现代畜牧业的高速发展，对动物医学专业学生的专业知识结构、解决问题能力等提出新的、更高的要求，培养新时代满足现代畜牧业发展需求的应用型卓越兽医人才是目前动物医学专业教育面临的新挑战。课题组剖析目前动物医学专业培养方案、教学内容、教学模式存在的问题，立足现代畜牧业的实际需求，重构专业课程体系和知识体系，探索问题导向学习、案例导向学习等教学方式，优化学业考核方式和内容，健全教学效果反馈机制，经过3年的探索和实践，人才培养成效显著，为我国动物医学专业卓越人才培养改革提供一定的参考。

Abstract： The modern animal breeding husbandry became more intensive， and intelligent in our country recent years. New and higher requirements were demanded for veterinary medical students in professional knowledge structure， and problem-solving ability. What's more， it is a new challenge to cultivate applied veterinarians in Veterinary Medicine Program. Our group has analyzed the problems in the current training program， teaching content and teaching methods. Many professional curriculum system and knowledge system were reconstructed basing on the actual needs in modern animal breeding husbandry， such as the optimized academic assessment methods and contents， and the improved assessment and feedback mechanism. Remarkable achievements have been obtained in veterinary talents cultivation using the new training model after 3 years， which provide some reference for the reform of outstanding veterinary talents cultivation in China.

新农科建设的核心是打造一流学科专业，培养一流人才[1-2]。聊城大学（以下简称“我校”）作为山东省首批应用型人才培养特色名校，肩负着培养一批能够适应现代社会需求人才的责任，因此，深化教学改革，完善人才培养方案，注重学生实践能力的培养是当前教育的重中之重[3-4]。聊城大学动物医学专业在应用型人才培养为核心的特色名校专业建设的支持下，已进入快速发展的新阶段[5-6]，因此，针对当前动物医学专业人才培养存在的问题，探索新形势下动物医学专业人才培养模式，对培养能够真正适应现代畜牧业发展的动物医学专业人才具有重要的意义。……
