摘  要：针对高校大学生科技创新教育现状，全面系统分析科技创新型人才培养目标与科技创新教育课程体系，基于水利事业发展趋势与国家新工科建设背景下的人才培养需求，将工程教育专业认证OBE理念与东北农业大学农业水利工程专业建设有机融合，构建“一主线四平台”的科技创新教育模式，为高校其他专业科技创新教育研究与实践提供指导价值。

Abstract： In view of the current situation of college students' science and technology innovation education， this paper systematically analyzes the training objectives of science and technology innovation talents and the curriculum system of science and technology innovation education. Based on the development trend of water conservancy and the talent training needs under the background of national new engineering construction， the OBE concept of engineering education professional certification is organically integrated with the construction of agricultural water conservancy engineering in Northeast Agricultural University， and the science and technology innovation education mode of"one main line and four platforms" is constructed.This research provides guidance for the research and practice of science and technology innovation education for other majors in colleges and universities.

中國步入创新型社会，科技创新是推进和深化新时代社会建设的关键要素之一。习近平总书记多次在重要场合对科技创新做出重要论述，对科技创新发展具有重大指导意义。创新型社会离不开人才的支撑，但学术界对于创新教育理论应用仍处于探索阶段。现阶段大学生科技创新教育发展仍不完善，普遍存在重立项疏管理的问题。因此，为保障国家科技创新技术高速发展，迫切需要加强科技创新型人才培养。高校是我国科研创新领域的主要力量，是实现“中国梦”的重要保障[1]，但长久以来高校在培养科技创新人才模式上仍存在不足之处，主要表现为：①学生科创意识淡薄、对科研素养认知片面，无强烈科研意愿；②学生个人创新实践与经历不够，科研成果与市场脱节；③学生专业技能不足，无法将专业知识与科研课题有效结合；④校内无完善科研平台，缺少科研成果与市场需求之间相互转化渠道；……
