新时期我国高等院校公共体育冰上课教学改革探索

摘 要：以新时期高校体育教学改革为导向，对我国高等院校冰上课教学展开改革探索。新时期国家提出了“立德树人”、身体素养培育的改革目标，为高校冰上课教学改革指明了方向，但还存在着冰上课教学环境不佳、基础素质不足、教学成效较低等问题，不仅制约了冰上教学的发展，也使教学改革的目标难以实现。提出改善教学环境、强化基础素质、优化教育过程等对策，对我国高等院校公共体育冰上教学展开改革探索，在不断提升我国高等院校冰上课教学成效的同时，更好地助力我国体育强国的建设和高等院校人才培养水平的不断提升。

Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Public Physical Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

Abstract： Guided by the reform of College Physical Education in the new era， this paper explores the reform of Ice Class Teaching in Colleges and universities in China by using literature， investigation and research. In the new era， the state has put forward the reform objectives of "Building Morality and cultivating people" and cultivating physical quality， which points out the direction for the teaching reform of ice classes in Colleges and universities. However， at present， the problems of poor teaching environment， insufficient basic quality and low teaching effect in ice teaching in Colleges and universities in China not only restrict the development of ice teaching， but also difficult to achieve the goal of teaching reform. Therefore， some countermeasures are put forward， such as improving the teaching environment， strengthening the basic quality and optimizing the educational process.

1 引言
当前，随着中国特色社会主义进入了新时代，体育教育的基础性、先导性、全局性地位和作用更加凸显。这使得准确把握体育教育事业发展面临的新形势、新任务，加快体育教育的现代化发展，成为不断提升我国体育教育水平的重要内容。為此，2018年9月，习近平总书记在全国教育大会上发表重要讲话，要求学校体育要坚持立德树人的目标，彻底改革教育评价体系，加快补齐教育短板，以“享受乐趣、增强体质、健全人格、锤炼意志”四位一体的改革目标，让体育成为锤炼意志和健全人格的重要途径[1]。习近平总书记的讲话不仅吹响了学校体育进行革命性变革的号角，同时也明确了高校公共体育教学的改革方向。……
