摘 要：高校体育课程具有较强的思想政治教育功能，对于规范大学生行为、引导大学生树立积极正确的思想观念具有重要意义。我国民族传统体育项目被誉为民族文化的活化石，在强健体魄、培养意志品质方面充分发挥了作用。将传统的民族体育项目与冰雪文化融合，对于高校冬季民族传统体育的教学创新具有借鉴意义。通过对比分析冬季民族传统体育与冰雪文化的契合点，提出北方高校冬季民族传统体育教学模式改革要重视发挥冰雪文化的育人作用，丰富冬季民族体育教学文化，践行体教融合，为我国体育事业的健康发展助力。

Research on the Teaching Reform and Innovation of the Integration of Winter National Traditional Sports and Ice and Snow Culture in Northern Universities from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

Abstract： College physical education curriculum has a strong ideological and political education function， which is of great significance to standardize the behavior of college students and guide them to establish positive and correct values. China's national traditional sports is known as the living fossil of national culture， which plays a full role in strengthening the body and cultivating the character of will. The integration of traditional national sports with snow and ice culture is of reference significance for the teaching innovation of winter traditional national sports in colleges and universities. In this article， through comparison and analysis of national traditional sports and ice and snow culture， colleges and universities in the north winter traditional sports teaching mode reform should attach importance to play a role of ice and snow culture cultivation， rich national winter sports teaching culture， practice teaching integration， for the healthy development of sports enterprise in our country.

1 引言

思想政治教育能够为经济的发展和社会的全面进步提供强大的精神动力和智力支持，它不仅是中国共产党的独特优势，也是高校各项事业建设发展的关键环节。在2016年全国高校思想政治工作会议上，习近平总书记指出高校思想政治教育要坚持将立德树人作为中心环节，通过把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学的全过程，实现全程、全方位育人。高校目前正积极构建大思政格局，鼓励多主体、多形式、多层次的思想政治教育，深化课程教学的思想政治功能，充分发挥高校教师的教学主动性，优化管理和工作机制，具有互动性、共享性、实践性等显著特征[1]。体育课程作为教育的重要组成部分，要坚持大思政为党为国育人的初心，将思想政治教育贯穿于高校体育教学之中，培养具有爱国之情、强国之志、报国之行的体育人才，这是新时代思想政治工作的要求和社会主义建设的需要。……
