摘 要：随着经济的发展，我国对食品检测工作研究逐渐深入，其研究成果也比较成熟，具有較强的代表性和针对性。提高食品检测工作效率、保障食品检测工作的稳定性和可靠性、加快检测工作发展进程是检测人员关注的主要问题。生物技术作为新型技术，可以充分发挥其检测工作的潜能，提高检测工作的效率。检测人员需要充分研究，对各类生物技术特性进行系统分析，全面掌握各技术应用范围和应用要点，从而将其与食品检测工作相结合，全面落实我国食品安全政策，实现我国可持续发展理念，为我国社会经济稳定、和谐发展提供保障。基于此，本文以生物技术为例，对其在食品检测过程中的应用进行深入分析。

The Application of Biotechnology in Food Detection

Abstract： With the development of economy， China’s food testing work research gradually in-depth， its research results are also relatively mature， with strong representativeness and targeted.Improving the efficiency of food testing work， ensuring the stability and reliability of food testing work， and accelerating the development process of testing work are the main issues of testing personnel. As a new technology， biotechnology can give full play to its testing potential and improve the efficiency of testing work.Testing personnel need to fully study， systematically analyze all kinds of biotechnology characteristics， and comprehensively grasp the application scope and application points of each technology， so as to combine it with food testing work， fully implement China’s food safety policy， realize the concept of sustainable development in China， and provide a guarantee for the stability and harmony of China’s social and economic development. Based on this， this paper takes biotechnology as an example to deeply analyze its application in the process of food detection.

在我国进入新时期以来，经济市场发展较为迅猛，食品检测技术得到了大幅度提升，其成果较为显著，食品检测工作的准确性与往年相比大幅度提升。食品检测是食品行业发展的核心环节，其检测工作会影响我国食品行业发展进程。而生物技术作为新时代下各学科相互融合的新型技术，与传统技术相比具有较大优势，因此检测人员将生物技术与食品检测工作相融合，不仅能保证人们的生活质量水平，还能提高食品加工企业发展效率，将食品行业规范化、标准化。

1 生物技术概述

通过对生物技术应用原理分析可以发现，该技术主要是以生物特点为基础研发的新型技术，检测人员合理利用该技术能有效提高检测工作质量与效率，保证检测结果的准确性。……
