摘 要：食品检测是食品安全保障的重要组成部分，事关国计民生，保证食品检测质量尤为关键。目前，在食品实验室检测过程中，由于环境、设备、人员等诸多因素的影响，食品检测质量得不到有效保障，降低了食品检测结果的准确性，在此情形下，积极采取有效措施解决现存问题十分关键。基于此，本文概述了食品检测的重要性，分析了食品检测质量影响因素，并探讨了食品检测实验室食品检测质量控制对策，以供参考。

Analysis on Effective Control of Testing Quality in Food Testing Laboratories

Abstract： Food testing is an important part of food safety assurance，  which is related to international people’s livelihood， and it is particularly critical to ensure the quality of food testing. At present， in the process of food laboratory testing， due to the influence of many factors such as the environment， equipment， personnel， etc.， the quality of food testing can not be effectively guaranteed and the accuracy of food testing results is reduced， it has become the key work to take effective measures to solve the existing problems. Based on this， this paper first summarizes the importance of food testing， then analyzes the factors affecting the quality of food testing， and finally discusses the Food Testing Laboratory quality control strategy.

1 食品檢测的重要性概述

1.1 保障食品安全性

我国是人口大国，对各类食品的需求量巨大。当前，部分生产企业在食品生产制造过程中不重视食品质量问题，导致不合格产品流向市场，各类食品安全问题频繁发生。通过加强食品检测，在食品尚未上市销售前及时发现存在的质量问题，并及时予以处理，避免不合格食品在市场流通，有助于保障食品质量安全，保障人们饮食健康。

1.2 持续提升食品质量

现阶段，随着人们生活条件的改善和经济水平的提升，对食品的种类、口感、质量等提出了更高的要求。为满足市场消费者对食品的高质量要求，要高度重视食品质量检测工作，发挥食品检测实验室的作用，快速完成食品检测工作，进而在食品行业形成较大的威慑力、影响力，促使企业严把食品质量关，提高企业核心竞争力，强化企业食品质量安全水平。
