摘  要：大学生党员是党员群体中的重要组成部分，是建设党和国家的青年力量。为了推进新时期党的反腐倡廉工作向纵深发展，营造良好和谐的社会风气，推动廉洁中国建设，高校要对大学生党员开展廉洁教育，从健全机制、完善体系、丰富载体等多方面确保大学生党员廉洁教育的工作效果。

Abstract： College student Party members are an important part of Party members and a youth force for building the party and the country. 廉洁教育，就是教育者通过适当方式对受教育者进行廉洁方面的知识教授，营造廉洁氛围，并以此引导受教育者规范和约束自己的行为，遵守法律以及道德规范。大学生党员廉洁教育则是高等院校通过各种方式对大学生党员进行系统教育，以提升其廉洁意识、规范行为。党的十八大以来，习近平总书记将反腐倡廉提升到关乎党自身的兴衰成败和国家民族的前途命运的高度，廉政兴邦、防腐反腐意识在新一代以习近平同志为核心的党中央的决策层中得到进一步强化。他们是党员队伍中不能忽视的重要力量和重要源泉，起着起承转合、桥梁纽带的重要作用，是“新时代的新答卷人”，为了确保他们在未来走出校门服务于祖国的建设时，能够及时发现思想领域中呈现出的多元化、功利化等特点，要能树立正确的价值观尤其是廉洁观，新时代高等院校在培养新的社会主义接班人时应当重视廉洁意识的培养教育工作。
