摘  要：顺应新时代赋予高校教育教学的使命，进一步推进高校课程思政建设有利于实现立德树人的教育目标。课程思政建设是个系统工程，文章从课程思政育人的认知和理念，思政元素的挖掘和嵌入、课程实效评价机制等方面对当前高校课程思政建设过程中存在的问题及解决对策进行探讨。

Abstract： Conforming to the mission of college and university education and teaching in the new era， further promoting the "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" in colleges and universities is conducive to the realization of the educational goal of moral education. "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" is a systematic project， based on this， this paper discusses the existing problems and solutions in the construction process of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" in colleges and universities from the aspects of the cognition and concept of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" education， effectiveness evaluation mechanism for excavating and embedding ideological and political elements into the courses， etc.

随着改革开放的深入发展和快速推进，特别是面对各种社会思潮及复杂的国际形势下，新时代高校教育不仅担负着培养新型高层次专业人才的使命，而且还担负着培养具有树牢“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”，坚决做到“两个维护”的社会主义接班人的育人使命。党的十八大以来，我党更加高度重视高校思想政治教育的重要性，习近平总书记在主持召开的全国高校思想政治工作会议、学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会等重要会议上作出了一系列重要指示。习近平指出：“高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面。”这些重要指示精神为推进高校课程思政建设工作指明了方向。

为此，顺应新时代赋予高校教育教学的使命，进一步推进高校资本论课程思政建设，提升课程思政的育人实效，在传授知识与发展能力的同时强化社会主义价值引领，为指导新时代大学生牢固树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，增强中华民族伟大复兴的使命感有着深远意义。……
