摘  要：党中央历来高度重视高校思想政治工作，这关系到高校培养什么人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人的根本问题，高校主体也非常重视并积极贯彻了有关大学生思想政治教育工作的相关意见。然而，思政教育与课程教学的脱节现象仍然存在，部分专业课程教师对课程思政建设的意义认识不足，也困惑于专业课程中的思政元素挖掘及融入方式。文章以土力学中的几个核心教学内容为例，探究作者在该课程的教学过程中如何从专业知识点中（强度、变形、渗流、三相）挖掘思政元素（“底线”“趋势”“实际”“本质”）以及如何将其有机地融入教学内容。通过一个理工科教师的实战经验，呈现如何在专业课程中“润物细无声”地融入思政元素，以期能够直接且有效地给相关的理工科专业课程思政提供些许借鉴，能够共同为高校育人工作贡献一点力量。

Abstract： Our country attaches great importance to the ideological and political work of colleges and universities， which is related to the fundamental issue of whomto train， how to train and for whom. Universities also attach great importance to and actively implement relevant opinions on the work of ideological and political education of college students. However， the disconnection between ideological and political education and curriculum teaching still exists. Some teachers of professional course have insufficient understanding of the significance of curriculum ideological and political construction， and they are also confused by the exploration and integration of ideological and political elements in professional courses. This paper takes several important teaching contents in "Soil Mechanics" as examples， and talks about how the author explores the ideological and political elements （"hold the bottom line"， "grasp the trend"， "based on reality"， "recognize the essence"） from professional knowledge points （strength， deformation， seepage， three-phase composition） and integrates it organically into the teaching content.Through the experience of an engineering teacher， it shows how to smoothly and silently integrate ideological and political elements into professional courses. This is expected to provide a little reference for the curriculum ideology and politics of related majors， and ultimately make a little contribution to the education of colleges and universities.
