摘  要：在新变化和新形势背景下，针对研究生思想政治教育的主体、体系仍存在一系列未能充分适应的现实困境。党史学习教育之于研究生教育培养，是落实立德树人根本任务的现实需求、是推动研究生教育教学改革的重要途径、是适应研究生成长成才的迫切要求。文章从教育者、教育对象、教育载体的维度探讨高校研究生培养如何以党史学习教育为契机开展思想政治教育，并通过协同运行机制提高教育的实效性。

Abstract： In the context of new changes and new situations， there are still a series of practical dilemmas that cannot be fully adapted to the main body and system of ideological and political education for postgraduates. The study of Party history in postgraduate education and training is the realistic demand of carrying out the fundamental task of moral cultivation， the important way to promote the reform of postgraduate education and teaching， and the urgent demand to adapt to the growth of postgraduate students. From the perspective of educators， education objects and education carriers， this paper discusses how to carry out ideological and political education by taking the Party history education as an opportunity， and improve the effectiveness of education through the cooperative operation mechanism.

作為高等教育体系中人才队伍建设的最高层次，研究生教育在社会主义现代化建设的科技创新优秀青年人才培养体系中至关重要。目前，我国正经历着中华民族伟大复兴的重要时期，这一时期，也是实现认知发展，从“高等教育大国”走向“高等教育强国”的最佳时机。学习历史可以促使我们从中汲取历史经验、智慧哲理和精神力量，从而抓住现在，创造未来。在今年2月，中共中央印发的《关于在全党开展党史学习教育的通知》中指出，组织开展党史学习教育……对于深入学习领会习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，进一步统一思想、统一意志、统一行动，建设更加强大的马克思主义执政党，在新的历史起点上奋力夺取新时代中国特色社会主义伟大胜利，具有重大而深远的意义。
