摘要：本文运用文献资料法、聚类分析法与统筹归纳法等，以体育课程思政建设的人本原理为基础，深度剖析体育课程思政供给端与产出端的主体构建为重点，依托学校体育教育理论，分析普通高校体育课思政建设中“双主体”构建的思路、方法和路径。我国普通高校体育课程思政主体构建存在的重点及难点问题与教师的主观能动、归纳提炼、师德引领、目标格局等与体育课程的逻辑统一，为新时代体育课程立德树人实效性注入最强动力，为创建新时代体育课程思政提供智力支持。以为党育人、为国育才为根本，以立德树人为目标，形成“三位一体”的统筹规划，推进我国普通高校体育课程思政的理论建设与实践运行。

Abstract：Through literature study， cluster analysis and overall planning and induction， focusing on the construction of Ideological and political subject in physical education， and relying on the school physical education theory， this paper analyzes the ideas， methods and paths of the construction of Ideological and political subject in Physical Education in Colleges and universities. The key and difficult problems existing in the construction of Ideological and political subject of physical education curriculum in Colleges and universities in China are logically unified with physical education curriculum， such as teachers subjective initiative， induction and refinement， teachers ethics guidance， target pattern， etc.， which inject the strongest driving force into the effectiveness of moral education and people cultivation of physical education curriculum in the new era and provide intellectual support for the creation of Ideological and political education of physical education curriculum in the new era. Based on the partys education of people and talents for the country， and aiming at building morality and cultivating people， this paper puts forward the basic theory of “four virtues”， forms a “Trinity” overall planning， and promotes the theoretical construction and practical operation of physical education curriculum and politics in Colleges and universities in China.
