摘要：学校体育和社会体育的协调发展，对实现我国全民健身发展的目标有着重要的意义。在发展进程中，学校体育是社会体育的发展基础，而社会体育则是学校体育的延续，彼此之间的关系既相对独立又互相融合。在新时期促进两者合作，实现资源共享，对于我国体育事业一体化建构发展目标的实现具有重要意义。本次研究学校体育和社会体育的相互关系展开分析，并提出两者之间的协调发展策略，为实现“全民体育”发展的目标增砖添瓦。

Abstract：The coordinated development of school sports and social sports is of great significance to the realization of the goal of national fitness development in China. In the process of development， school sports is the basis for the development of social sports， while social sports is the continuation of school sports， and the relationship between them is relatively independent and mutually integrated. Promoting the cooperation between the two in the new era and realizing resource sharing are of great significance to the realization of the development goal of the integrated construction of China's sports industry. This study analyzes the relationship between school sports and social sports， and proposes a coordinated development strategy between the two， which contributes to the realization of the development goal of "Sports for All".

2011年11月29日，习近平总书记提出“中华民族近代以来最伟大的梦想就是要实现中华民族伟大复兴”，要实现这个伟大目标，我们的目标战略重新进行定位，从“体育大国”向“体育强国”进行转变。进入新时期以来，我国社会经济飞速发展的同时，人们的生活水平也逐步提高，同时也为学校体育和社会体育发展提供了新的环境。在此情况下需要充分认识到学校体育和社会体育之间的关系，并制定相应的发展策略。在和谐社会发展环境下，学校体育发展需要有效结合身心健康教育、个人和社会发展，进而促进和社会体育的协调发展。要注重人的全面和谐发展，建构以学校体育为中心向社会体育辐射的发展模式，进而促进学校体育和社会体育的融合，实现两者资源共享，共同发展，实现体育强国梦。
