摘要：为落实高等中医药院校立德树人根本任务，提高中医药人才培养质量，需建立中医药自信融入中医药课程思政机制。本文从课程思政目标设定、思政教育元素挖掘、思政教育内容选择、思政知识网络构建、教学方法改革、教学策略设计、考核方式改进等方面对中医妇科学课程教学进行设计。实践结果表明，将中医药自信融入课程之中，既增强了大学生的中医药自信和文化自信，强化了大学生的专业认同感和职业责任感，也提高了教师的育人能力。

Abstract： In order to carry out the fundamental task of moral education and improve the quality of TCM talents training， it is necessary to establish the implementation mechanism of integrating TCM self-confidence into the ideological and political education of TCM curriculum. This article focused on the teaching design and practice of the undergraduate course of Gynecology of TCM， and designed from the following aspects： the setting of ideological and political objectives， the excavation of ideological and political education elements， the selection of ideological and political education content， the construction of ideological and political knowledge network， the reform of teaching methods， the design of teaching strategies， and the improvement of assessment methods. The practice results showed that it not only enhanced students self-confidence in TCM and culture， but also strengthened students professional identity and professional responsibility， and improved teachers educational ability.

习近平总书记指出，“中国有坚定的道路自信、理论自信、制度自信，其本质是建立在5000多年文明传承基础上的文化自信”[1]。中医药文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分，高等中医药院校加强大学生中医药自信教育，是新时代高校立德树人根本任务的重要抓手、人才培养的重要任务、党的政治建设的具体体现，是高校的职能、教师的责任和学生的本分，同时也是传承发展中医药事业及增强中医药健康服务能力的需要[2]。按照“课程门门有思政，教师人人讲育人”要求，山西中医药大学开展以中医药自信为主题的课程思政体系建设，进行了积极的研究与实践。本文介绍中医药自信融入中医妇科学课程的教学设计与实践。
