摘要：中医诊法作为中医辨证论治的关键环节，在2006年被列入第一批传统医药类国家级非物质文化遗产名录。为了解目前中医院校学生在学习中医诊法过程中存在的问题，对中医院校学生进行问卷调查，调查内容包括学生基本情况、中医诊法教学现状、学习内容与方法、对国家级非物质文化遗产传承的了解程度4个方面。基于问卷信息反馈，对中医诊法的教学需求和不足之处进行分析，以期促进中医诊法的学习、利用与传承。

Abstract： As the key link of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment， TCM diagnosis method was listed in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list of TCM in 2006. In order to understand the problems existing in the learning process of TCM diagnosis method among students of TCM colleges and universities， a questionnaire survey was conducted among students of TCM colleges and universities. The survey contents include the basic information of students， the current teaching situation of TCM diagnosis method， learning content and methods， and students understanding of the inheritance of national intangible cultural heritage. Based on the questionnaire information feedback， this article analyzed the teaching needs and shortcomings of TCM diagnosis method， in order to promote learning， application and inheritance of TCM diagnosis method.

中医诊法作为中医学独具特色的诊断疾病的方法，主要包括望、闻、问、切四诊，用以诊察疾病，探求病因、病位、病性及病势，辨别证候，对相应疾病作出诊断，为临床治疗提供依据。2006年5月，中医诊法被列入第一批传统医药类国家级非物质文化遗产名录[1]。中医诊法归属于中医诊断学课程，为更好地了解中医诊断学课程的教学现状及学生的学习现状，认识中医诊法的教学需求和教学不足之处，促进中医药及相关专业学生更好地学习、传承中医诊法，保護“中医诊法”这一优秀的文化遗产，本课题组对部分中医院校学生进行了问卷调查，现将调查结果归纳如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本次调查对象为全国中医院校学生，涵盖中医学、中西医结合医学、针灸推拿学及其他类（包括中药学、民族医学等）等专业方向的专科、本科、硕士研究生及博士研究生群体。……
