摘要 产教融合是为适应市场经济快速发展，实现地方普通高等院校常规化教育向技术应用型转变、服务与地方经济转型的一种教育途径，是现代人才培养改革的一种模式，也是人才培养的本质要求。

在教育现代化的大政背景下，通过剖析高等教育转型过程中产教融合存在的普遍问题，通过对专业的分析、师资队伍的培养、管理机制的完善等方面进一步探讨产教融合的实现途径，为地方普通高等院校产教融合的开展提供理论依据。

The Countermeasure Research Based on the Local University Production-teaching Integration Talent Training

Abstract The integration of industry and education is an educational way to realize the transformation from conventional education to technology application， service and local economy in local colleges and universities. It was a mode of modern talent training reform and also the essential requirement to adapt to the development of market economy and higher education in China. Based on the analysis of the common problems existing in the process of higher education transformation， we further discussed the ways to achieve the integration of industry and education according to the characteristics of the major， the training of teachers and the improvement of management mechanism， so as to provide theoretical basis for the development of the integration of industry and education in local ordinary colleges and universities.

随着经济结构的调整、升级以及经济发展方式的转变，企业需要大批的技术应用型人才。为满足企业对人才的需求，地方普通高等院校必然要结合各地全面落实教育改革的部署，对当下传统的人才培养模式进行改革，培养出顶岗上任的技术应用型人才。习近平总书记指出[1]，高校要牢牢把握服务发展、促进就业的办学方向，着力提高人才培养质量。因此，高校对人才培养改革的主要内容不仅要考虑社会对人才的需求层面，还要考虑国家教育发展战略层面，使人才培养规格导向应用型发展。

产教融合[2]是以培养高素质的人才为基本目标，其基本内涵[3]是产教一体、校企互动，实现学校与企业的深度对接，融教育教学、生产劳动、素质陶冶、技能提升、科技研发、经营管理和社会服务于一体，在生产实境中教学，在教学中生产，生产和教学密不可分、水乳交融，最终实现学生自身就业和促进经济社会发展。……
