摘要 乐陵市杨安镇是全国闻名的调味品特色小镇，作为二产的调味品加工业发达，可是一三产业发展一直相对缓慢。系统分析了杨安镇三产融合发展中存在的问题及产生原因，阐述了杨安镇近两年采取的措施及取得的成效，提炼出可借鉴的经验，为有效推进乡村振兴提供参考。

Research on the Integration Development of Three Industries for Condiment Characteristic Town

Abstract Yangan Town of Leling City is a condiment characteristic town be well-known throughout the country. Condiment processing industry which is second production is the developed， but the development of the primary and tertiary industries has been relatively slow. The existing problems and causes for the integration development of the three industries in Yangan Town are systematically analyzed in the paper，the measures taken in the past two years and the results achieved are stated，the experience can provide reference for promoting effectively rural revitalization.

一二三產业的融合发展是深化我国农业供给侧结构改革，激发农村发展活力，带动农民增收的重要举措，也是实现乡村振兴的重要途径[1]。农业的三产指农业种养业、农产品加工业和服务业，产业融合，即不同产业或同一产业内的不同行业相互渗透、相互交叉，最终融为一体，逐步形成新产业的动态发展过程[2]。在某种意义上，三产融合还包括理念上的融合，如把第二产业的“标准化生产”理念和第三产业“以人为本”的服务理念引入第一产业的农业种养业，实现农业产业全面发展[3]。通过三产融合发展，可以延长产业链，提升管理效率，提高农产品的附加值，增加农民收益[4-5]。不同地区区位优势、产业基础、人文环境存在较大差异，三产融合发展形式也应因地制宜[6]。笔者在充分调研的基础上，对乐陵市杨安镇的三产融合发展问题进行系统研究，以期为有效推进我国农村三产融合发展提供参考。
