汽车运用与维修专业现代学徒制岗位职业能力探析 An Analysis of Vocational Ability of Modern Apprenticeship in Automobile Application and Maintenance

摘要: “三教”改革倡导教师、教材和教法的改革,为我国现代职业教育改革注入了新的活力,中职汽车运用与维护专业要积极贯彻这一理念,提升中职学校育人质量。中职汽修专业要积极促进“三教”改革和现代学徒制的深度融合,联合企业开发研发岗位技能培训教材,邀请汽修师傅参与教学,把汽修岗位技能转化为项目化教学方案,以提升学生岗位胜任能力为目标,为中职汽修专业学生规划美好职业蓝图。
Abstract: "Three education" reform advocates the reform of teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods, for China's modern vocational education reform has injected new vitality, the use and maintenance of secondary vocational car professional to actively implement this idea, improve the quality of secondary vocational school education. Secondary professional should actively promote the "three religions" reform of mechanics and the depth of fusion of modern apprenticeship, joint research and development of enterprise development jobs skills training textbooks, invite mechanics teacher to participate in the teaching, the motor repair jobs skills teaching plans into a project, in order to enhance students post competence as the goal, planning good professional blueprint for mechanics professional technical secondary school students.

0 引言
中职学校做好岗位技能和专业课教学的对接,编写适合中职汽修专业的新教材;邀请企业汽修师傅参与校内教学,把最新的汽修岗位技能融入实训教学中;聚焦学生岗位核心能力培养,积极开展项目化教学,让学生熟练掌握汽车维护与美容、汽车检测和新能源汽车维修等技能;进一步优化产教融合,定期组织师生前往汽修厂、4S店参与岗位体检,由汽修师傅对师生进行评价,不断优化中职汽修专业育人和教学模式。
1 “三教”改革背景下中职汽车运用与维修专业教学现状
1.1 专业核心课程群不太完善,校本课程研发缓慢 虽然近些年来中职学校教材更新换代周期缩短,但是教材更新速度和汽车产业发展依然存在时间差,导致部分教学内容和当前汽修专业就业导向不太匹配。例如汽修专业核心课程群主要以书面教学为主,学校和教师都忽视了开发汽修维修视频、汽车车身涂装操作视频等立体化课程素材,影响了校本课程研发速度。……
