摘要：图书馆是中小学生课后学习的好去处，而校内的图书馆，不仅是校内教育教学的补充，同时也能够有效促进校园德育的发展。目前我国在大力推进素质教育的同时，中小学的图书馆也在不断发挥其重要的教育作用。图书管理员的作用越来越突出，其管理工作也得到了重视。图书管理员不仅可以对校内图书进行有效的管理和分配，还能积极有效地配合学校老师们的教育教学工作。本文基于此，重点分析中小学图书管理员的作用及其管理工作的路径。

Abstract： The library is a good place for primary and middle school students to study after class， and the school library is not only a supplement to school education and teaching， but also can effectively promote the development of campus moral education. At present， while our country is vigorously promoting quality education， the libraries of primary and secondary schools are constantly playing their important educational role. The role of librarians is becoming more and more prominent， and their management work has also received attention. The librarian can not only effectively manage and distribute the books in the school， but also actively and effectively cooperate with the education and teaching work of the school teachers. Based on this， this article focuses on the analysis of the role of primary and secondary school librarians and the path of management.

引言

圖书的价值在于被人们阅读，中小学的图书馆中的图书也不例外。中小学图书馆不仅要起到对图书的收藏作用，更多的是要发挥图书的阅读价值。随着我国教育事业的发展，中小学的图书馆设施得到了完善。从中小学的实际教育要求来说，图书管理员的作用也不再局限于对图书的管理。这就要求中小学图书管理员要提升自己的工作能力，重新定位自己的角色。做好学校教育的辅助工作，成为学校教育教学工作的服务者、协助者、促进者和实践者。

一、中小学图书管理员应具备的基本素质

（一）对图书的管理能力

中小学图书管理员需要具备的最基本的素质是要有较强的图书管理能力，因为这是图书管理员日常工作中必不可少的一项基本工作技能。图书管理有着其自身的特点，由于学术性和实践性较强，它的具体工作内容比较繁杂。……
