摘要：本文立足于品牌包装策划与创意设计人才的培养，基于岗位技能标准设计课程定向培养高技能人才，通过校企强强联合，人才供给侧精准对接行业需求侧。通过调研，明确专业所对应的职业岗位或岗位群，以岗位为逻辑主线进行工作分析，通过对完成典型工作任务过程来设置课程。构建“以能力为本位，以职业技能为主线，以项目课程为主体”课程体系，设计“知识技能逐渐递进，能力素养逐渐提升”的教学体系。以期此教学改革对提升高职院校品牌包装策划与设计课程建设水平，更好地为创意设计产业培养高技能包装创意设计人才，提供了一些思路和建议。

“Post - Service Certificate” Under the Integration of Higher Vocational Design Course Teaching Reform Inquiry

——Take the Brand Packaging Planning and Design Course as An Example

Abstract： Based on brand packaging planning and creative design personnel training， based on post skills standard design course orientation training of high-skilled personnel， through the combination of strong and strong school enterprises， talent supply side accurate docking industry demand side. Through research， identify the corresponding professional positions or job groups， with the position as the logical main line of work analysis， through the completion of the typical job task process to set up the course. Build a curriculum system with “ability-based， vocational skills as the main line， project courses as the main body” curriculum system， and design a teaching system with “knowledge skills gradually advance and ability literacy gradually improved”. In order to improve the level of brand packaging planning and design curriculum construction in vocational colleges， and better train high-skilled packaging creative design talents for the creative design industry， it provides some ideas and suggestions.

为促进职业教育高质量发展，大幅提升新时代职业教育现代化水平和服务能力，国家启动实施《职业教育提质培优行动计划（2020-2023年）》，实现职业教育提质培优需要增值赋能。本课程在“岗课赛证融合”人才培养模式中，进行“岗课赛证”的一体化设计：课程内容对接岗位需求、职业标准和工作过程，吸收行业发展的新知识、新技术、新工艺、新方法，专业课教材进行校企合作共同开发，教师团队进行分工协作的模块化教学组织方式；依据生源多样化特点，建立以学习者为中心的课程教学评价体系；……
