摘  要：角色游戏是幼儿教育的重要活动载体。教师从生本教育理念出发，围绕幼儿的个性发展创新角色游戏活动设计，从优化游戏内容选择、优化游戏角色分配、优化游戏动态调整等方面入手，使角色游戏活动创设更加贴合幼儿的心理特点、认知特点、能力特点，增强幼儿角色游戏活动学习体验，启动幼儿合作学习思维，引导幼儿在角色游戏中逐步认识到合作的重要意义，强化幼儿合作学习意识，推动幼儿合作学习品质不断提升。

【Abstract】Role play is an important activity carrier of early childhood education.Starting from the concept of student-based education，teachers innovate the design of role game activities around children's personality development，and start from the aspects of optimizing game content selection，optimizing game role distribution and optimizing game dynamic adjustment，so as to make the creation of role game activities more fit children's psychological characteristics，cognitive characteristics and ability characteristics，and enhance children's learning experience of role game activities，Start children's cooperative learning thinking，guide children to gradually realize the significance of cooperation in role games，strengthen children's awareness of cooperative learning，and promote the continuous improvement of children's cooperative learning quality.

生本理念即“以生為本”，其核心是将学习者作为一切教学活动设计的出发点，彰显学习者的中心地位、主体地位。幼儿阶段教学活动中，教师要正确解读生本理念的教育内涵，基于幼儿特殊的心理认知特点，灵活调整教学活动设计，使其更好的服务于幼儿的身心成长和健康发展。因此，生本理念下的幼儿角色游戏活动设计必须体现个性化、针对性，教师要具备项目化教学意识，从游戏内容选择、游戏角色分配、游戏动态调整等角度切入，使角色游戏活动能够更好的为幼儿合作能力的培养和发展所服务。
