摘要：“幼小衔接”是幼儿在成长过程中所面临的第一个人生转折点，对幼小衔接工作的重视和幼小衔接工作的开展质量，都与幼儿是否能够顺利度过小学适应期有着紧密的联系，直接影响幼儿是否能够适应小学生活，是否具备适应小学生活的能力。就此，本文主要从幼儿园幼小衔接工作的开展现状、幼儿园与小学教育的差异性，以及提升幼小衔接质量的有效策略几方面入手，对如何高质量开展幼小衔接工作展开相关研究与探析。

【Abstract】"Kindergarten and primary school convergence" is the first turning point that young children face in their growth process. The emphasis on kindergarten and primary school work and the quality of the work of kindergarten and primary school linkage are all related to whether children can smoothly pass the primary school adjustment period. Close contact directly affects whether children can adapt to primary school life and whether they have the ability to adapt to primary school life. In this regard，this article mainly starts from the following aspects： the current situation of kindergarten and primary school connection work，the difference between kindergarten and primary education，and effective strategies to improve the quality of kindergarten and primary school connection，and carry out related research and analysis on how to carry out high-quality preschool connection work.

《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中明确指出：“幼儿园以家庭、社区密切合作，与小学相互衔接，综合利用各种教育资源，共同为幼儿的发展创造良好的条件。”进而在新课程改革不断发展的今天，不管是幼儿园还是幼儿教师，既要重视幼小衔接这一重要阶段，又要重视幼儿园教育与小学教育之间的差异，关心每一个幼儿的独特个性，以解决好幼儿园与小学教育的阶段性和连接性问题，并在不断总结和探究的过程中，帮助幼儿顺利度过这一阶段，以为其今后高质量的学习和发展奠定基础。基于此，本文作者便立足自身教学经验，就幼小衔接工作的开展进行相关研究如下，以供各位一线幼教同仁参考、交流。
