摘要：随着新时代的不断发展，我国教育形式也正在经历着改革，全面以培养实用性人才为目的，持续为社会培养一批批高质量的人才，以便顺应时代的发展。为了达到新时代培养人才的标准和要求，小学数学教师要不断培养自身的核心素养，并能够在不同的教学环境中可以采用不同的教学形式，创造高质量的课堂教学。小学数学教师核心素养对培养教师有着非常重要的意义，小学数学教师核心素养中包含了不同形式的技术能力。为了能使小学数学教师更好的开展教学，对此本文以如何在新时代培养小学数学教师的核心素养为话题，展开了探究，并提出了相关策略。

Cultivation path of core literacy of primary school mathematics teachers in the new era

【Abstract】With the continuous development of the new era，China's educational form is also undergoing reform. It aims to cultivate practical talents in an all-round way and continuously cultivate a batch of high-quality talents for the society，so as to comply with the development of the times. In order to meet the standards and requirements of cultivating talents in the new era，primary school mathematics teachers should constantly cultivate their own core literacy，and can adopt different teaching forms in different teaching environments to create high-quality classroom teaching. The core literacy of primary school mathematics teachers is of great significance to cultivate teachers. The core literacy of primary school mathematics teachers includes different forms of technical ability. In order to enable primary school mathematics teachers to better carry out teaching，this paper explores how to cultivate the core literacy of primary school mathematics teachers in the new era，and puts forward relevant strategies.

近些年來，我国正在持续对小学生的核心素养进行培养。而为了能更好培养小学生，教师也要具备一定的核心素养，目前，我国已经按照年级、学段以及学科划分了不同的体系，同时也划分了与之相对应的小学数学教师核心素养体系。同时，新课改也明确提出了相关要求，因为小数数学是一门非常重要的基础课程，能有效促进小学生健康发展，所以为了能给小学生创造更好的学习环境，对小学数学教师也提出了更高的要求，要求小学数学教师要学会创新自己的教学形式，更具有针对性的进行教学，避免出现小学生漏学的情况。
