摘  要：医学免疫学与病原生物学为中医药院校医学专业的主干课程，其中实验课教学是课程学习过程中的重要环节。该文探索建立以学生为中心的实验课教学新模式，利用信息化实验教学手段改变教学模式，改革考核体系，将优质的实验教学资源、合理有效的考核方式应用于实验教学。培养学生扎实的实验基本功和端正的学习态度，以不断提升教学质量，也为学生将来适应更高水平的科研工作打下良好的基础。

Exploration of Experimental Course Reform of Medical Immunology and Pathogenic Biology in Colleges and Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract： Medical Immunology and Pathogenic Biology are the main courses of medical specialty in Chinese medicine colleges and universities. Experimental teaching is an essential link in the course study. This paper explores the establishment of a new student-centered experimental teaching mode， changes the teaching mode by using information-based experimental teaching means， reforms the assessment system， and applies high-quality experimental teaching resources and reasonable and effective assessment methods to experimental teaching. Cultivate students' solid basic experimental skills and correct learning attitude， so as to continuously improve the teaching quality and lay a good foundation for students to adapt to a higher level of scientific research in the future.

随着高等学校实验课教学改革的不断推进，探索高校实验教学过程中如何在有限的教学课时内，利用信息化实验教学手段、现代科技教育资源以及改革现有的实验教学考核模式，将优质的实验教学资源、合理有效的考核方式应用于实验教学已成为改革的趋势。医学免疫学和病原生物学是中医药院校各医学专业的主要课程，其中实验教学是课程学习中重要的一部分。通过实验课的具体操作，可以验证理论课部分法人基础理论，使学生加深对课程中理论内容的认识，此外，学生通过参与实验也能够也能够培养学生的科研思维。该文通过对中医药院校本科生医学免疫学与病原生物学实验课的改革实践，谈谈笔者在教学改革探索中的些许体会。
