【摘要】目的：探讨医养结合型老年科护理对长期住院的老年抑郁症患者的效果。方法：此次研究对象为我院近年来收治的160例老年抑郁症患者，采用随机分配的方式，分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用医养结合型老年科护理，分析比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：通过实验观察，比较两组患者的恢复情况，观察组患者症状的改善情况明显优于对照组，P<0.05具有统计学意义;比较两组患者护理前后SDS评分，观察组评分明显低于对照组，P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论：针对老年抑郁症患者采用医养结合型老年科护理，能够使患者获取更加良好的恢复效果。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of combining medical care with nursing in geriatric department on long-term hospitalized elderly patients with depression. Methods：The study object for our hospital in recent years in the treatment of 160 cases of elderly patients with depression， using the way of random distribution， divided into the control group and the observation group， the control group using conventional nursing， the observation group in the control group based on the combination of medical and nursing geriatric care， analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients nursing effect. Results：Through experimental observation， comparing the recovery of the two groups of patients， the improvement of the symptoms of the observation group was significantly better than the control group， P< 0.05 was statistically significant; The SDS scores of the two groups before and after nursing were compared， and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group， P< 0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion：For the elderly patients with depression， the combination of medical and nursing geriatric care can make the patients get a better recovery effect.

此次研究选取我院的160例老年抑郁症患者，探讨医养结合型老年科护理对长期住院的老年抑郁症患者的效果，现作出如下报告。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

此次研究对象为我院2019年3月—2020年3月收治的160例老年抑郁症患者，采用随机分配的方式，分为对照组和观察组两组，每组各80人。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用医养结合型老年科护理。对照组中有36例男性，44例女性，年龄为60-80岁;观察组中有35例男性，45例女性，年龄为61-82岁。两组患者的一般资料不存在显著差异，P>0.05不具有统计学意义。

1.2 方法

患者入院后，针对对照组患者采用常规护理，针对观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采用医养结合型老年科护理。……
