摘要：自动化焊接技术作为机械制造中的核心技术之一，应该跟紧时代的脚步进行创新。现阶段，自动化焊接技术在我国机械制造领域中被得到广泛应用，大大推动了我国机械制造业的长久发展。其中，在汽车发动机的制造中起到了至关重要的作用。自动化焊接技术所需的自动化水平较高，机械制造业应该根据汽车发动机制造的实际情况对自动化焊接技术进行有效研究，确保汽车发动机在制造的过程中能够达到相关标准。本文对自动化焊接技术在机械制造中的应用策略进行简要分析。

Abstract： As one of the core technologies in mechanical manufacturing， automatic welding technology should be innovated in the pace of tight Times. At the present stage， automatic welding technology has been widely used in the field of machinery manufacturing in China， which has greatly promoted the long-term development of China's machinery manufacturing industry. Among them， it plays a crucial role in the manufacturing of a car engine. The automation welding technology required automation level is high， the machinery manufacturing industry should conduct effective research on the automation welding technology according to the actual situation of the automobile engine manufacturing， to ensure that the automobile engine can meet the relevant standards in the process of manufacturing This paper on the automatic welding technology in the machine. The application strategy in equipment manufacturing is briefly analyzed.

1  自动化焊接技术的含义

在机械制造行业中，通过现代化技术将自动化与焊接进行融合，并且将其有效的应用于机械制造行业中，從而提高企业的生产效率，为企业带来更高的经济效益[1]。自动化焊接技术相比较传统的焊接技术具备良好的优势，例如，传统焊接技术对于工作人员的专业水平要求较高，在实际的操作中要时刻保持警惕，提高焊接的精确性，焊接人员的专业水平将直接影响焊接质量的好坏，如果在焊接操作中出现问题，将会埋下巨大的安全隐患，为后续工作的开展造成极其不利的影响。而自动化焊接技术不需要工作人员具备过高的专业水平，在实际的操作中完全可以通过自动化来完成，并且焊接质量得到有效保证，在机械制造的过程中，运用自动化焊接技术可以通过提前输入指令的方式来进行操作，因此在输入指令时要确保指令正确无误，减少意外发生[2]。……
