基于密封式移动结构的环视CAVE技术显示构架

摘要:汽车造型评审是整车研发流程的重要控制节点,评审的进度和质量将直接影响整车开发进度。传统汽车造型评审主要采用制作油泥模型的方式,研发和时间成本高。近年来,随着虚拟现实技术的发展,CAVE逐渐在汽车造型设计评审中得以应用。本文提出一种基于密封式移动结构的环视CAVE技术显示构架,其相比传统装置具有方便移动、快速布置与收纳等特点,有助于虚拟现实技术在整车研发领域的推广应用。
Abstract: Automobile modeling review is an important control node of the whole vehicle R & D process. The progress and quality of the review will directly affect the development progress of the whole vehicle model. The traditional automobile modeling evaluation in automobile enterprises mainly adopts the way of making sludge model, which has high R & D and time cost. In recent years, With the development of virtual reality technology, CAVE is gradually applied in the review of automotive styling design. In this paper, a surround cave technology display framework based on sealed mobile structure is proposed. Compared with traditional display devices, it has the characteristics of convenient movement, rapid layout and storage, which contribute to the promotion and application of virtual reality technology in the field of vehicle research and development.

0 引言
汽车造型评审是整车研发流程的重要控制节点,评审的进度和质量将直接影响整个车型的开发进度。传统汽车造型评审阶段主要采用制作不同比例的油泥模型,制作周期长且投入成本高。近年来,虚拟现实作为融合计算机图形学、数字图像处理等的综合性技术,逐渐引入到整车开发阶段,以满足车企缩短研发周期和降低研发成本的迫切需求。CAVE作为一种高度沉浸式虚拟现实系统,配合虚拟引擎模型,可以让实在整车造型在沉浸化环境中交互评审。但传统CAVE系统由于结构复杂、装调难度大、投入成本高等问题,难以实现大规模推广和应用。本文提出一种基于密封式移动结构的环视CAVE技术显示构架,具有方便移动、快速布置与收纳等特点,对于虚拟现实技术在汽车研发设计阶段的应用发展具有一定的实际意义。
