LM2500燃气轮机发电机组双同期点并网的研究

摘要:航改型燃气轮发电机组的设计运用中,同期并网是至关重要的一步。在以往大量实际应用案例中,绝大多数燃气轮发电机仅设计了单点同期并网的运行方式,即利用发电机出口断路器进行同期并网。随着分布式能源站市场的发展,航改型轻型燃气轮发电机组的应用越来越广泛,单点同期的设计已经不能满足客户的需求,因此,在传统单点同期方式基础上增加利用高压断路器作为备选同期控制点的设计与研究成了必然趋势,具有很高的实用价值。
Abstract: Simultaneous grid-connection is a very important step in the design and application of navigation modified gas turbine generator sets. In a large number of previous practical application cases, the vast majority of gas-turbine generators only designed the operation mode of single-point synchronous grid-connection, that is, synchronous grid-connection by generator outlet circuit breaker. With the development of the distributed energy market, the application of the navigation light gas turbine generating sets for module is more and more widely, the design of the single point at the same time already can't meet customer demand, therefore, based on the traditional single point at the same time increase the use of high voltage circuit breaker as alternative design and research has become inevitable trend of the control points at the same period, and has a high practical value.

0 引言
LM航改型燃气轮发电机组标准配备单点同期功能,通过比较发电机断路器(QF2)两侧的电压,即发电机的输出电压及10.5kV电网电压来实现同期并网,此标准设计要求上游的110kV高压侧电网断路器保持合闸状态。用户提出,此方式下,110kV高压侧电网发生波动时,高压波动电量会经110kV断路器施加到线路当中的10.5kV/110kV升压变压器(GSU)的高压侧,形成冲击,对变压器的使用寿命存在不利影响。另外,用电需求不高时,机组处于待机状态,上游升压变压器一直连接在高压电网上带电运行,存在一定的电量损耗。因此,将回路当中的高压电网断路器也设计为同期并网的备用点的设计成了必然需求。要求在待机状态,高压电网断路器置于分闸位,可有效避免高压电网波动对升压变压器的冲击,同时,待机机组的升压变可将从电网中切除,避免了电量损耗。……
