摘  要：随着我国经济市场的扩大，我国对配网电力系统的需求也在显著增高，同时，这也是我国电力系统在发展中需要不断变化的原因。因此，我国电力系统在发展中既要做好管理工作，也要重视电力系统的管理和维护，这样在我国电力系统可以提高生产的同时，还可以更好地支持经济的发展。本文就新形势下电力配网管理技术的运行和维护进行简要分析，为加强电力配网管理和维护提供建议。

Abstract： With the expansion of China's economic market， China's demand for distribution network power system is also significantly increasing. At the same time， this is the reason why China's power system needs to change in the development. Therefore， in the development of China's power system， we should not only do a good job in management， but also pay attention to the management and maintenance of power system. In this way， while China's power system can improve production， China's power system can better support economic development. This paper briefly analyzes the operation and maintenance of power distribution network management technology under the new situation， and provides suggestions for strengthening power distribution network management and maintenance.

随着社会主义建设的加快，劳动电力配网在社会生产中的比重逐渐增加，所以，提高电力系统的安全性和稳定性，就需要实现更加理想的生产和社会经济的可持续性，从而提高电力生产的稳定性，并减少安全问题的发生。下文主要对电力配网管理技术在实际生产中遇到的问题进行探究。

1  电力配网管理技术的现状

目前我国电力配网存在很多问题，如配网结构不够科学、配网对象管理功能不完善等。由于配网的特点是线长、面积大、运维难度大，电力配网的基础设施不足、结构差，由于自动化程度低，控制力和最大功率不足，这就会导致断电和泄漏，对维修工作是非常不利的。此外，随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，对电力的需求也在逐渐增加，所以电力配网管理技术小于新形势应该优化，因为电力配网的高效运作可以提高人们的生活质量，这会有助于企业的经济发展。……
