【摘  要】核心素养指的是学生在教育过程中形成的社会及个人发展所需要具备的品格与能力。在新课改的不断推行下，培养学生的核心素养成为现今教学的新要求，也体现出教学的基本宗旨。语文是小学基础教育的重要学科，其目的就在于培养学生的语言构建与应用能力，培养学生的创造性思维以及审美能力等。在实际教学中，在基于核心素养的导向下，教师要不断加强对新理念的学习，创新与优化教学策略，以提高学生的语文综合能力与核心素养。

Primary School Chinese Teaching Strategy Based on Core Literacy Orientation

【Abstract】Core literacy refers to the character and ability that students need for social and personal development in the process of education. Under the continuous implementation of the new curriculum reform， the cultivation of students' core quality has become a new requirement of today's teaching， which also reflects the basic purpose of teaching. Chinese is an important subject in primary school education. Its purpose is to cultivate students' language construction and application ability， creative thinking and aesthetic ability. In the actual teaching， under the guidance based on the core quality， teachers should constantly strengthen the study of new ideas， innovation and optimization of teaching strategies， so as to improve students' comprehensive Chinese ability and core quality.

隨着时代的发展，人们越来越注重教育的培养。在小学阶段，语文是一门重要的基础学科，对学生未来的学习、工作以及生活具有重要的作用。语文核心素养的提升需要教师要从语言的构建、思维的引导、情境的创建以及创造力的培养方面入手开展教学活动，突出学生主体性。基于核心素养下的语文教学与传统教学不同的是，除了要培养学生听、说、读、写能力外，还要培养学生的语言实践能力与个人素质。

一、以语言构建与应用为中心开展教学活动

语言文字是人们进行交流的重要载体，其中字词的学习是最基本的内容。在核心素养导向下，语文教学目标以培养学生语言应用能力为主。因此，语文教师要加强学生字词方面的教学，这也是语言构建与应用的基础。这方面的内容主要以汉字拼音、笔画以及字典查阅为主。……
