【摘  要】如何提高高中体育教学的有效性，是困扰很多教师的一个重要问题。高中生与小学生不同，他们对自身不感兴趣的体育项目缺少参与的意愿，再加上文化知识的学习占用了他们大量的时间精力，因此很多高中生在体育课堂上存在敷衍了事的倾向。但体育教学的目的并不只是让学生达标，还在于锻炼其身心，帮助其为今后长期的学习、工作和生活做好身心准备，因此教师不能放任学生的这种状态长期地持续下去。基于此，本文将从体育学科对高中生成长的重要意义，及提升高中体育教学有效性的策略两个主要方面展开讨论。

Strategies to Improve the Effectiveness of Senior High School Physical Education

【Abstract】How to improve the effectiveness of senior high school physical education is an important problem that plagues many teachers. Different from primary school students， senior high school students lack the willingness to participate in sports that they are not interested in. In addition， the learning of cultural knowledge takes up a lot of their time and energy， so many senior high school students tend to be perfunctory in sports classes. However， the purpose of physical education is not only to make students reach the standard， but also to exercise their body and mind and help them prepare for the long-term study， work and life in the future. Therefore， teachers cannot allow students to continue this state for a long time. Based on this， this article will discuss the importance of physical education to senior high school students and the strategies to improve the effectiveness of high school physical education.

高中體育教学应以学生的全面进步和发展为宗旨，让学生都能拥有健壮的体魄和良好的心理素质。做好高中体育教学工作，提升教学有效性，既是对广大高中生负责，也是为了国家社会的未来发展负责。教师突破以往瓶颈，在该领域加强研究实践是非常必要的。

一、体育学科对高中生成长的重要意义

在高中阶段，体育学科有着特殊的意义。首先，高中生普遍面临着比较大的学习压力，心中会积压很多情绪，体育运动能够为学生释放情绪，为其心理调适提供一个绝佳的渠道，对他们的心理健康非常有益，能够增强学生的自信心。其次，社会发展变迁越来越快，对人才的要求越来越多样，这就需要将学生培养为全面发展的优秀人才，激发出学生在各个领域进行探索并不断学习的意识与能力。……
