摘  要：家庭教育是幼儿教育的有机组成部分，甚至在很多时候如果家庭教育缺失就难以实现应有的教学效果，如男孩自信心的培养。本文首先论述了自信心的概念，接着指出了目前男孩自信心培养中存在的教育短板，在文章的最后，详细阐述了家庭教育应该有效参与到男孩自信心培养工作中，实现家园共育的有效教学模式，从而全面提升男童自信心，为他们健康性格、科学决断力、昂扬生活态度的培养奠定坚实的基础。

The importance of family education combined with home co education for boys to improve their self-confidence

【Abstract】Family education is an organic part of early childhood education. Even in many cases，if family education is missing，it is difficult to achieve the due teaching effect，such as the cultivation of boys' self-confidence. This paper first discusses the concept of self-confidence，and then points out the educational shortcomings existing in the cultivation of boys' self-confidence. At the end of the article，it expounds in detail that family education should effectively participate in the cultivation of boys' self-confidence and realize the effective teaching mode of home co education，so as to comprehensively improve boys' self-confidence and contribute to their healthy personality，scientific decision-making The cultivation of high spirited life attitude lays a solid foundation.

幼儿阶段是孩子性格、品德、能力形成的关键期，同时也是幼儿园日常教学的主要内容，但是在过去很长一段时间里，幼儿家庭教育是缺失的，很多家长认为孩子的教育就应该由幼儿园承担，正是在这种不科学的教育理念下，家庭教育难以发挥应有的效果。具体到男童的自信心培养方面，自信心在学习、生活中无时无刻都在体现、应用，尤其是在生活中体现的更是淋漓尽致。根据陶行知教学做合一思想，教会学生种田只有在田间地头才能取得非常高的效果，同样，男童自信心的培养也只有在家庭教育中才能取得更好的教学效果。因此，在培养男童自信心的教育中，家长要主动、密切配合幼儿园，通过良好的家园共育来实现男童自信心的培养。
