摘  要：能够培养符合企业定位的适需人才是当前经济社会发展对我国高等教育的重要期待，校企合作也已成为高等教育发展的必然趋势。上海交通大学-巴黎高科卓越工程师学院借鉴法国工程教育校企合作模式“企业参与办学”，在基础通识阶段就开展校企合作联合培养学生。文章将具体阐述如何在此阶段的教育教学活动中开展校企实践工作，并调研探讨学生对其的体会感想，为我国高等教育如何更好地实施校企联合培养人才提供经验和启示。

Abstract： It's highly expected that suitable talents can be cultivated by our higher education for current economic and social development. School-enterprise cooperation has become an inevitable trend in development of higher education. By using for reference cooperation mode between university and enterprise in France， the SJTU-Paris Tech Elite Institute of Technology （SPEIT） cultivate students with companies in preparatory cycle. This paper will present how SPEIT and enterprises collaborate in preparatory education， and survey students' feelings about it. This can be considered as experience and inspiration to cultivate talents by school-enterprise cooperation for our higher education.

一、背景介绍

法国工程师培养体系创建于19世纪拿破侖时代，定位为实用性的通才教育（formation generalist pragmatique）[1]，经过工程师学校的培养，学生普遍具备四个明显的优势：理论基础好、抽象思维能力强;知识面广、思维开放;工作态度认真，操作、运作能力强（Operationel），能够很好地解决实际问题;对周围环境适应性强，能够很好地融入新的团体。要达到如此高的培养目标，校企紧密合作、深度融合是它的重要法宝。
